Day of Coordination:
- Review all contracts
- Confirm all vendors a week prior to your event
- Set up “day of” timeline
- Oversee vendors responsibilities
- Attend and direct ceremony procession
- Ensure proper placement of wedding favors, menus, donations scrolls, etc.
- Distribute wedding programs, bubbles, butterflies, rose petals etc.
- Work closely with the maitre-d and bridal attendant
- Assist bride and groom at portrait location
- Distribute gratuities to all vendors
- Provide a Wedding Emergency Kit equipped with everything, sewing kits, bug spray, mints, lint rollers, crazy glue, you name it…we have it!
Wedding Day Coordination:
1 month prior to your event we go over every last detail of your wedding, to assure that you have a stress free day. We organize and make sure every flower is in place, every favor is accounted for, every song is played and every detail you’ve spent so much time planning goes off without a hitch. We’re there to answer any questions that your florist, DJ and/or band etc. might have, that way they don’t bother you, they come to us, because we have the answers.
- One on one consultation 1 year to 6 months before your event
- 1 month before your event, you’ll sit with an event coordinator to discuss your wedding in full detail
